Our sales coaching service goes one step beyond specialist sales team training to focus on working closely with and improving the performance of a particular individual.
We can provide dedicated sales coaching on a one-to-one basis either face-to-face or via the telephone. We’ll work with your sales representative to identify their short- and long-term goals, to ascertain their motivation within their specific role and to formulate an action plan for desired improvements.

We can also provide you with an assessment of whether or not it is worth investing energy, time and money in an existing sales representative. We know that some sales representatives can be inconsistent and experience peaks and troughs. If you think have a sales representative who is incompetent, it could be that just a small tweak is required to get them back on track – saving you the hassle of having to find someone new and going through the recruitment and probation process all over again. Once we understand your business, we can also help you to find other potential successful sales representatives through our business partners. This is offered on a no success, no fee basis.
